Carthage RV Campground i USA

Really nice park. Concrete sites. Toilet was clean. Showers very nice. Young man who runs it a pleasure to deal with. Nice grassy area in front for dogs to run. Wifi good. Dogs would give it a 10 star. Lots of interesting areas to sniff. They do have what is supposed to be some type of a pond in the back. No chance of getting toes wet. It's a giant hole. Great place.

We stopped here with emergency truck problems on our way somewhere else. The gal who answered when I called around 11:00am said she’d wait for us to get there (THANK YOU!) and she did. The office closes between 11 and 1:00 so don’t come check in during that time I guess. Stayed 2 nights, I was able to get the sensor we needed delivered by Napa, and we were on our way. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Rec room had ping pong, a tv, some exercise equipment, corn hole. Laundry was $1.25 per wash and $1.25 per dry. It’s right on the loop around town so there’s plenty of access to town stuff (if your truck is working, ha!) We have good Sam but were also charged for 3 kids I think so it was $46 per night for us for a pull through cement site. Quiet and clean. Not a pretty park at all but it served our needs. Verizon was working fine for streaming most of the time, but the second night was abysmal for some reason.

The park is manicured very well. The pool is on the smaller size but sure felt great. The gal in the office was super friendly and helpful. The buildings were very clean.
