Whittington Woods offers country camping in a wooded resort type atmosphere. Enjoy the pool or simply stroll through our woods. Our campground has interstate convenience with BIG RIG compatibility. We have long level 30/50 amp pull thru sites that can accommodate units up 90 feet in length. We are a family friendly, pet friendly campground. We have remodeled our swimming pool as well as our bathhouses, which now have central AC/heat. Our WiFi is free and our trees have been trimmed to a 16 foot height. Clubs, rallies and families enjoy our pavilion as well as our new activity/meeting room with central AC/heat. Please visit our website to view our pictures and additional information.

Schrijf een beoordelingNice level sites. Lots of trees. Very pretty and quiet campground. Nice small camp store and clean bathrooms/shower house. Fenced dog park. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this park a few times. Stayed for 1 month one year and then it’s a good stop for traveling in the area to visit family and friends. We are full time travelers...

We love these types of campgrounds - spacious between sites. It was fairly empty throughout the week so we felt like we were the only ones there. Lots of trees (though barren this time of year). Layout a bit confusing. Site numbers hard to see so make sure to arrive before nighttime. We had a large back in with neighbor only on one side. Cash or check preferred. Sells firewood and large selection of pickled goods at office. SI Pho/Sushi and Walmart close by. AAA discount. Fast response via phone through contact form / no online booking.

We have stayed here on several occasions on our way to see family in Illinois. Affordable pricing, wonderful pull thru site, wooded area, clean pool, friendly staff, quiet neighbors. It was great! Highly recommend this campground!
