The Camping Trasimeno campsite opened in 2017 and is passionately and professionally managed by the experienced Posta family.
This new camping complex offers its guests a relaxing holiday with high quality services set in gorgeous lush surroundings.
Our guests will find spacious shady pitches for tents, trailers and camper vans. All pitches are provided with water and electricity and also an innovative waste water system (that can be connected to a bathroom camper or simply have waste poured down it).
Since 2018 we also have 11 accommodations: 9 Safari Trend Lodges and 2 Mobile Homes (accessible also for disable people).
The campsite showers have free hot water and there are also disabled and baby changing areas.
There are 2 swimming pools (including a children’s pool with slides) equipped with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and next to the main pool there is also a cool water Jacuzzi.
A short walk through the campsite takes you to our private beach and grassy area where you can relax and take in the beautiful views over the lake.
The restaurant offers local and Mediterranean food as well as delicious pizzas.
For our more active guests there is a tennis court and five-a-side soccer pitch and the campsite itself is situated on a cycle path that goes all around the lake.
Camping Trasimeno is ideally located to visit the local villages close to the lake such as Castiglione del Lago and Citta della Pieve. We also strongly recommend you take advantage of our location by visiting more well-known towns such as Perugia, Siena, Gubbio, Montepulciano and Assisi. Rome And Florence are also easily reached by train or car.
The campsite also offers the following services: carpark, shop, laundry, fridge rental, bbq area, playground, table tennis and a bar.
Pets are also welcome.

Scrivi una recensioneEen kleinschalige camping direct aan het meer. Schoon, overzichtelijk en vriendelijk personeel! Het restaurant op de camping is zeker een aanrader en heeft een uitgebreide kaart. Wij komen graag volgend jaar weer terug.

Wat een vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitstekende service en goede tips De camping is ruim opgezet en erg gezellig veel nl gezinnen. Onze zoon heeft genoten en wil hier volgend jaar weer naar toe. Enige minpunt is dat meer niet echt toegankelijk is om te zwemmen wegens lage waterstand. Daarnaast snapten we niet waarom de eerste dagen strenge regels bij het zwembad waren en op onze laatste dagen bijna alles mocht.

Vriendelijk personeel met schoon sanitair. Plekken zijn verschillend van grote maar voor Italiaanse begrippen groot. Het restaurant heeft heerlijke gerechten. Ook vlees gerechten. Pizza kun je fijn ophalen. Mooie afgescheiden plekken met oleander wat de camping direct een liefelijk aanzicht geeft. Uitvalsbasis voor verschillende steden in de omgeving. Maar als je een dagje rust wilt is het heerlijk toeven aan het strandje of zwembad. Kortom geweldig.

Uitstekende kampeerlocatie. Netjes en kalm. Adequaat en schoon sanitair. Ruime standplaatsen en fantastisch medewerkers die altijd bereid waren om te helpen. De positie aan het meer en het prachtige zwembad zorgden ervoor dat we een onvergetelijke vakantie beleefden! We zullen absoluut opnieuw bezoeken!

Een intieme campingplaats direct gelegen aan het water. Netjes, goed georganiseerd en met aangenaam personeel! Het eetgelegenheid op het terrein is absoluut de moeite waard en biedt een gevarieerd menu. We kijken ernaar uit om volgend jaar weer te komen.
