De locatie van de camping is fantastisch! Veel mogelijkheden voor fietsers en kite surfers. De plaatsen wisselend van grootte sanitair prima maar ook wisselend per gebouw ! Wat mij echter verbaasde is dat elektriciteit deels in de dagprijs zit. Wij waren met een kleine caravan en hebben naar ons idee niet veel stroom gebruikt, koffie zetten en koelkast. Ondanks dat we voor 7 nachten hadden betaald en naar 6 nachten gingen omdat her weer zo slecht was moesten we toch bij betalen! Toen ik daar iets van zei ging het bedrag van 4.80 naar 1.80...heel bijzonder. Aan de receptie zitten vriendelijke maar ook zeer sjagerijnige medewerkers. Ik vond het restaurant niet goed. Ik was nog met het voorgerecht bezig toen het hoofdgerecht al kwam en het werd er gewoon bijgezet. Mijn schnitzel was gefrituurd en zelf op de schnitzel een kuiltje frituurvet!

Verbaasd dat we de exacte maten van ons tentje op moesten geven bij de reservering. Bij aankomst bleek waarom: plaatjes zijn klein dus het is passen en meten! Er zijn veel campers en caravans en redelijk veel mensen blijven de hele dag op de camping waardoor het een beetje de sfeer van een camping met permanente gasten heeft. Inschrijven duurt lang en het is behoorlijk gereguleerd. Toiletblok is in orde en behoorlijk luxe. Toch heb ik liever wat meer ruimte dan een flatscreen TV in het toiletgebouw. Powerbank van mijn zoon werd gestolen toen die even in het toiletblok lag op te laden. Restaurant is redelijk goed voor een camping, met wat meer dan het standaard snackerige aanbod. Al met al voor ons "sportieve tentkampeerders" wat minder geschikt (onvoldoende score), maar objectief gezien wel voldoende.
