Kurcamping Bertahof is a campsite with 100 pitches in Bad Hofgastein, Austria, located in the Salzburg region. On site you will find wifi, a camp shop, a restaurant and fresh bread in the morning.
You can camp here with a tent, a caravan or a camper. Besides camping you can also rent a chalet.
For swimming there is an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and natural swimming water. There are several recreational activities on the campsite, such as a playground, a petting zoo and a sauna.
Dogs are welcome at Kurcamping Bertahof. To wash your clothes there are washing machines and dryers available. Pitches with electricity, a water connection and a sewer connection are available. Kurcamping Bertahof is open all year round.

Write a reviewBERTAHOF camping is best what you would get in the area for the price. Sanitary facilities are equipped with all required items + laundry (2 euro for 1 x), fresh bread, iron, showers free of charge. Camping placement is excellent to see surrounded area. I sayed 3 days and paid 180 euros for 3 tents (13 people in 4 tents) places + 2 euros per day for electricity. Otherwise is shall be considered that that camping is mostly occupied by renters and old people and they all live in campers.

Fijne, kleine camping op een mooie locatie waar genoeg te doen is. Erg luxe sanitair. Goede broodjes service, vriendelijke receptie. Het grootste gedeelte van de camping wordt wel bezet gehouden door vaste bezoekers (zoals bij elke Oostenrijkse camping). Daarnaast is er een los veldje voor tenten. Er zijn ook veel fietsers die 1 nachtje overnachten. In de Gastein vallei kan je mooie wandelingen maken en je bent ook redelijk snel op andere plekken zoals Zell am Zee of de Grossglocnker.

Deze camping is bij uitstek geschikt als basis voor een fantastische wintersport. De skibus stopt voor de deur en je kunt 2 kanten uiit. Binnen 10 minuten ben je aan de voet van het treintje in Bad Hofgastein of de skilift in Bad Gastein. Ski Amade is een fantastisch en zeer uitgebreid skigebied, misschien wel het mooiste van Oostenrijk. De camping heeft een (nieuwe) verwarmde ski en schoenenopslag. Het sanitair is niet modern, maar wel goed verzorgd en het is er heerlijk (Oostenrijks) warm. Je kunt tegen betaling een moderne privébadkamer huren, maar wij hebben dat niet gedaan. Ook is er een wasmachine en droogruimte. 's Morgens kun je verse broodjes halen (wel vooraf bestellen). Er is ook een restaurant dat Bertahof heet (ligt buiten de slagboom, maar hoort bij de camping. je kunt hier bijzonder goed eten en de sfeer is echt Oostenrijks. Een echte aanrader, maar wel vooraf reserven in het hoogseizoen (tip: vraag naar het campingmenu).
