Write a reviewAbsolutely no overnight parking. Close to road lots of noise. Might be good for a lunch stop.

This is a small county park on the right side of Hwy 97 (opposite the lake) as you travel north from Klamath Falls. Our GPS said it was on the left so we drove past and realized too late. It is basically just a large flat space with a few trees and picnic tables around the edges. You are right off Hwy 97 so there is road noise but that isn't an issue for us. Easy access on and off Hwy 97.

Small County Park with 10 free camping sites ...most accessible with any length RV. Some sites good for tents or an RV. No facilities other than pit toilets, fire rings and picnic tables. Park has shade trees, a small pond and some grass. Across Hwy 97 and train tracks from Klamath Lake so I expect train noise tonight! Beats Walmart for a free overnight stop!

Park was closed after a very long day of driving. Likely due to Covid-19. Fortunately The travel center further north was open for overnight stays. Like previous reviews, sketchy people out and about when we drove by.
