Write a reviewHavre de paix et de tranquillité, la Rolandiere est situé dans un parc au milieu duquel s'élève un magnifique cèdre sans doute multi centenaire. Si l'on ne recherche pas le grand luxe, mais un simple confort de bon aloi, ces chambres d'hôtes, à trois heures de Paris, constituent une halte appréciable. Nos hôtes sont accueillants et sympathiques. Comme nous avions réservé un jour "creux" au milieu du "pont" du 15 août, notre hôte, de lui-même, nous a "surclassés", nous faisant passer d'une simple chambre à une suite (Beauregard) ; nous avons apprécié ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La piscine doit présenter de nombreux attraits pour les jeunes générations. Enfin, si l'on veut bien dîner à des prix raisonnables, cela vaut la peine de refaire dix minutes de voiture pour se rendre à la "Ciboulette", restaurant que notre hôte nous a indiqué à votre escient et qui est situé à la sortie de l'autoroute, à l'entrée de Ste Maure-de-Touraine.

As a regular visitor since 2007 I have returned year on year because this site has a true French camping ambience. The charming and welcoming Owners have over the years ensured my stays have been memorable and enjoyable. The Park and site itself are impeccably maintained under the guidance of the Owners` wife for whom only the best is acceptable. The Owner has his rules which are sensible and ensure that clients enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Some of the less discerning clients might feel constrained in their behaviour but, for example, I for one do not want to observe my neighbours washing at close quarters hanging from the beautiful trees but perhaps call me old fashioned. If this jars with some then let them go elsewhere for me this site is a paradise!

Beau décors extérieur accueil chaleureux, chambre correct et propre. Lit à revoir car 2 matelas séparé difficile pour un couple.

Fijne kleine camping met alle voorzieningen die we wilden: mooi uitzicht, een zwembad, een campingwinkeltje, een bar, vers brood bestellen voor ontbijt, een tafeltennis- tafelvoetbal- en een pooltafel. De camping bereik je via een lange oprijlaan die leidt naar een prachtig kasteeltje. De eigenaar spreekt Engels. Sanitair is verouderd maar kan ermee door. Op 10 minuten rijden een grote SuperU en een Lidl. Wij hebben uitstapjes gemaakt naar Futuroscope, Chateau de Chinon, Zoo de Bauval en Tours. Rond de camping is het heuvelachtig en daar mooie wandelingen gemaakt langs zonnebloemvelden. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt op deze camping.
