Platz liegt von Wohnhäusern umgeben an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Straßenlärm wird durch ein Gebäude abgeschirmt (Rezeption und Restaurant mit davor liegendem Schwimmbad). Stellplätze im vorderen älteren Bereich mit viel Schatten durch Bäume. Alle Anlagen älterem Datums aber sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Busverbindung: 17 Min. bis ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Großer Supermarkt 100m über die Straße.
