We made our arrival on the 28th of April, 2023, in a 35-foot 5th wheel and occupied spot #35. The space was ample with complete hook-ups. The park was beautifully filled with green grassy spots that were well-kept. Our site had a large, clean picnic table and a fire pit. Despite the park being quite populated early in the season, the nights were peaceful, perfect for a good night's rest. The cellular reception from Verizon was excellent. The park was equipped with clean washrooms and a sufficient number of big garbage bins. A Discovery Pass was necessary. The flat roads were ideal for a leisurely walk or a bike ride. The park had a speed limit of 15 mph. The town was nearby for any shopping needs. There was even a playground for kids. We plan on returning.

Scary limb about 40 ft up directly over the fire pit. About 6” diameter looks small in the photo but it’s a widow maker stay away. Arborist 25 years 🙏

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel and parked in site #33 which is a FHU BI spot. Whoever laid out this park knew what they were doing. The FHU sites are on a circle and the sites go off at the perfect angle to easily back into them. The roads and sites are asphalt with lots of grass around them. My site had a lot of shade which was so appreciated given that the temperature went over 100 degrees. While the sites were fairly close, being on a circle meant that you didn’t look directly into the next person’s site. Good OTA, Verizon had 2 bars at minimum, no wifi. There was another section where it was the typical layout of a bunch of RV’s all in a row close together. There was a bath house in that section, but I never checked it out. Looked like a really nice park, but I didn’t explore much due to the heat. If you need to do laundry while you are there, Lost Sock Laundromat was one of the nicest I have ever been to, but was not the most expensive I’ve been to either. It was very clean and had loads of machines. This park looked like it would be great for families.

So the hour or so it took me to check in, I was advised if I had a bicycle to be sure to bring inside my RV. It wasn’t enough to have locked up as they lost over 20 bikes the previous week and the sheriff had been there most of the day. Was told they bring their own bolt cutters and they enter into the campground via site 24. I was also informed they come in and use the bathrooms to shoot up and then they have to deal w cleaning everything up. The site I was assigned already had someone in there, and it appeared they had been there for a while. It honestly wasn’t worth the hassle since this was an overnight stop, so I found an empty. That being said, once it got dark…I’ve never seen so many vehicles looking for a campsite after the front office closed. Lastly, all hours of the night, vehicles starting and moving. I think it’s important for people to know this before entering. Apparently, Yakima has the highest crime rate in WA.

Nice quiet place with multiple loops of hookups. Paved parking and level. T mobile 2 bars most of park. Two restroom/ shower buildings very clean. Shower tokens required. Beautiful trees and well kept grounds. Here in mid September, mid week and lots of open spots.

There are apparently no rules or quiet hours. People had cars and chairs in the roadways which made it interesting to drive past. Lots of music and kids running around into the late evening. Thankfully, it quieted down during the night. The staff is not friendly and seemingly working just for a paycheck. There is no handout or verbal directions when you check-in so they assume you know where you are going. Luckily, we came with friends who had been there before. Some tight interior roads for larger rigs, and the aforementioned cars/chairs. We had to back out of our pull thru because couldn’t make the turn out without running into bushes/trees. Our paved site was not level with lots of tree roots making it “roll-y”. We settled with almost level. The pull thru sites are short and narrow and we were barely able to squeeze the MH and toad in. The pull thru sites are also very close together. The back-ins have more space but less shade. The utilities worked fine which was great as we were there during 100+ temperatures. The water sprinklers are prevalent and happily get anything wet that is nearby. There is no WII FI. Satellite would work in some sites and Verizon was 4g 3 bars. Mosquitoes are abundant in the evening. This park is located in an industrial type area, and all the big box stores are nearby. Most of the wineries we visited were out of town where it is prettier with the fields of grapes and fruit trees. Not our preference for an RV park so we wouldn’t return.

We stayed 2 nights and were very disappointed. Some of the RV spots seem ok but we were in spot 9 which has the campers side by side very close. My slide out extended over the adjacent units fire pit, Not what you expect from a camp ground. There were more than a few shady people around. We also had to pay an addition $10 for my wife’s car but there are only 4 spots nearby so that was a battle. This is a pit stop at best.
