We originally were in site 12 but had no dish so they moved us to 4. That would be my choice if coming again. The trail system is convenient to walk and there is river access. Right down the road less than a mile is Hoffman nature area trails where you can do 5 plus miles. They said it was 36 a night but then came the tax. We stayed here en route to other places and had to have our liquid springs checked in Lafayette.

We have stayed here twice for an overnight while heading south from Wisconsin. We like it because it is open year round, there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. The owners are really friendly and accommodating. WiFi is terrific. If you’re going to arrive after 8pm, call ahead and let them know. Not far off the highway. The two times we were there they had great holiday decorations - Halloween and Christmas.
