Olde Forge Campground is located in the river hills of southern Lancaster County. It features all wooded sites. There is a swimming pool, fishing ponds, playing areas and a
large recreation room. The area is surrounded by lovely Amish and "English" farms, near the Susquehanna River, with its fine fishing, docks, and marinas. Observe the river from scenic overlooks and go
picnic on the islands accessible by boat. Olde Forge Campground, with some sites along Kelly's Run stream and others on the hillside, is conveniently located near many tourist attractions, fine restaurants, many historical landmarks, and Amish farms. There are 37 covered bridges in the county. Olde Forge is located south of the city of Lancaster and is ideally situated for day trips to places like Baltimore, Annapolis, Philadelphia, Hershey, Harrisburg, and Valley Forge.
