Kleine camping bij het leuke plaatsje Bad Mitterndorf. De eigenaren zijn Nederlandstalig en de hele dag in de weer om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Op onze vraag of er een zwembad in de buurt was werd niet alleen een tip gegeven (er zit er eentje in het dorp), maar tevens twee belpogingen gedaan (“ik wil het toch even voor jullie checken, want ik ben bang dat hij door het dorpsfeest dicht is vandaag”).
Verwacht een qua ligging behoorlijk rustige, eenvoudige camping, met schoon sanitair en dus buitengewoon vriendelijke eigenaren!

It is a small, family run camping open in winter. It serves as a perfect basecamp for skiing, ski touring, winter hiking or enjoying the nearby therme. There is a short 10 minutes walk to the village centre and 5 minutes to the Billa supermarket. The place is cosy and with a nice atmosphere made by both omni-present owners.
The facilities are basic but clean and warm and a lot of attention is paid to nice details. We even got wooden blocks / steps to use it in the front of our campervan.
The electricity is charged by a real consumption (we paid 2,5 EUR being hooked for 3 days) which is fair. The overall prices are somehow lower than in the other campings in the region.
The snow was falling during our all stay but it was cleared promptly.
The only downside worth to be mentioned is that not all pitches are flat.
We definitely recommend this place.

The dutch couple who own this accomodation is very friendly and the lady informs you with a big smile on everything you want to know about Austria and the habits of the nice Austrian people. We learned more than we ever did.

There is virtually nothing to dislike. The place itself is about 10 minutes´walk from the village, surrounded by beautiful mountains and meadows, close to the road and railroad tracks (the trains are very nice and quiet, too :o)).We stayed in the pension. All the rooms were comfortable and clean,the kitchen very well equipped (some people might miss the microvawe, we did not ), we got a change of towels even during a relatively short stay.If you love cross-country skiing, there is an abundance of tracks starting right next to the building (be ready to pay for the use of them, though). A ski bus has a stop in the village. You can also order bread and buns in the pension. Annemarie and Léon are really great, easy going, very helpful and always ready to have a good laugh :o) We would definitely like to come back again !

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen mit unserer Deutschen Dogge 2 Tage auf dem Platz - super nette Betreiber, schöne Stellplätze mit allem was man braucht, alles sauber und das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok.
Also wir kommen sicher wieder:)

Extrem freundlicher Empfang. Sehr tolle Stellplätze. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Platz hat Wasser, Strom und Gasanschlüsse an jedem Stellplatz. Sehr zu empfehlen für Motorrad und Radreisende .

Het is fijne, niet te grote camping vlakbij het stadje. Gastvrije en zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Mooie omgeving met veel te doen.

Kleine gezellige camping met zeer gepassioneerde beheerders. Alles is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Prima plek om een trip naar de Dachstein te plannen.

De eigenaren Annemarie en Leon zijn zeer gasvrije mensen die het iedereen zo veel mogelijk naar de zin proberen te maken. Het is rustige kleine camping op loopafstand van het dorp, winkels en restaurants. Voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen is het een prima camping. Mensen met een hond zijn ook welkom.

Prima plaatsen en goede ligging t.o.v. het dorp. Fantastische omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen (mountainbiken). Annemarie en Leon zijn met hart en ziel verpand aan dit plekje en doen er alles aan om je er thuis te voelen.
Sanitair is altijd schoon (ook bij slecht weer) en als het wat kouder, is brand er een gezellige houtkachel om je even bij op te warmen

We kwamen op deze camping met de bedoeling er 4 dagen te blijven, het werden er 15. De eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij. Niks is hun teveel. Plankje om je motor te stallen. Tafeltje en stoelen voor fietsers en motorrijders. Pallet voor je camper enz. Altijd vriendelijk altijd tijd voor een praatje. Sanitair is prima. Plaatsen zijn groot en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Er is een speeltuintje voor de kleine gasten. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

We hadden een pakket. Overnachting met ontbijt en kaartjes voor het concert Thermen-Open-Air. Vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie schone ingerichte kamer, heerlijke bedden en super ontbijt. Op loopafstand van een leuk dorpje. Prachtige omgeving. Helaas voor ons veel te kort, Maar we komen zeker nog een keer terug.
