I won't be returning to this subpar mobile home community, where I had to shell out an excessive $56 for a haphazardly maintained, rocky plot. Rover Pass left a sour taste in my mouth with their non-returnable booking policy. I won't be making that mistake again, Rover.

One star is being generous. In two years of full time RV traveling this is by far the worst park we have stayed in. First the positive...the electric worked fine . Now the negative... The manager is a nasty person, they did not honor the Passport America rate (added $7 or so), they charged an electrical fee for a one night stop, the water came pressure dropped to nothing multiple times, the sewer backed up several times when I emptied my tanks and you could smell the sewerage in other areas of the park, the restrooms, showers and laundry were all "out of order". We would never stay here again and we actually stayed here 4 years ago with a much better experience.
