Really offers nothing. Site were unlevel, basically dirt where there use to be gravel. Glad it was only a 1 night stop.

Super nice staff, they even helped to park your RV. Full hook ups. The only problem was I couldn’t tell if my old dog had to poop or was that the smell from the farm close by. Many flies buzzing around as well. But over all nice place with nice people.

Back in the day when you saw KOA, it meant a higher quality place or slightly higher than local price. Not here… Although the staff are very nice and helpful the facility is below par. Although a few of the long term big rig sites are concrete, Our site was just plain dirt, not even graveled. Slope required our 24’ class B to have the front wheels off the ground to level. The sewer drain is higher than the ‘pad’ making it unusable. For $60? And yes, although you can’t blame the owners for causing the cattle feedlot smell when the wind is out of the East, whew.

Not a good experience. Moved after the first night. We were in full sun and they would not let us move to shaded site. In the evening the wind shifted and blew out of the north. Because there is a cattle feed lot less than one mile away to the northwest the smell was unbearable. The wind shifted after about an hour then shifted again at 2:00 a.m. and the cattle feed lot smell came back for another hour. We moved the next day to Loveland.

The complex is well maintained with trees between the spots, but the smell from the cows grazing in the field next door made going outside our RV impossible. Also, the wi fi was too weak to use. On the plus side, the office staff was very helpful and polite.

Positive: -Nice office, store, rec room and restrooms -Great playground -Pleasant outdoor cooking area for folks without bbq -Small, but nice dog park Negative: -Terrible WiFi (even in main building) -Flies -Campsite waste water connections capped with drain caps (possible fly source) (See pictures) -Very poor Verizon reception. -Multiple trashy looking long term campers. (See pictures) Storage of old RV’s around two sides of the park. -Pool and laundry listed on website but were closed. -Need more gravel in non-cement sites.

We normally boondock but there were few options around the area for free so we stayed 2 nights at the KOA. It was OK. Several long term campers with rundown RV's but everyone was nice. The pull through had plenty of space and we fit fine with our 43' fifth wheel. The area is surrounded by farm land with the usual farm smells but that didn't bother me. We had a million moths each night and I couldn't figure out how we got so many inside. Took us 3 days to clear them out after we left. It was a quick stop off the highway but still very quiet at night. I'd prefer another location it was fine with so little options nearby.
