An award winning family holiday park on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Within walking distance of the market town of Ashbourne yet surrounded by open green fields.
Both families, with children of all ages, & couples will enjoy the array of things to do on site and on the doorstep. Walks straight from the site, cycling on the traffic free Tissington Trail, fishing on the lake in the nature reserve or taking a dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool.
If you camp, caravan or tour in a motorhome the 4 stay facilities mean you can enjoy the great outdoors with some home comforts to make your holiday complete.
The focal point of the site is Arnold's Cafe Bar where you can enjoy meals and real ale brewed in the site's own microbrewery.
The shop stocks all the essentials plus newspapers, camping supplies and alcohol.
During peak season there's entertainment including family discos, bingo, quiz nights and live bands.
Other facilities include toilets & showers, pot washing & laundry rooms, coin operated hairdryers & plug sockets, free wifi hotspot, children's play area, calor gas sales, cycle hire & freezer pack facilities.
There's also self catering accommodation for friends & family who prefer not to camp. Ashbourne & Dovedale holiday cottages, Hartington Apartment and Tissington Caravan are available for weekly stays or short breaks.
