The area is ideal for touring nearby points of interest. The campsite is somewhat aged and not well-maintained. A few permanent residents have crammed their belongings, along with their motorhomes and televisions, into their allotted spaces. The personnel were welcoming upon arrival. The washrooms and showers required some fixing. The wireless internet connection was inconsistent and frequently disconnected. There was sufficient room between each campsite. The stony paths were filled with holes and became significantly dusty whenever a vehicle passed. The campsite was easily accessible with multiple exits leading to neighboring establishments that anyone could use.

I got there around half past two and had to wait for a brief period of 5-7 minutes as other recreational vehicles were being checked in. They provide various types of discounts, something I always find commendable. My allocated spot was A13, a back-in equipped with water and electricity. I didn't require a sewer as I had emptied mine before departing from the previous park, so it was beneficial that my spot was slightly cheaper due to the absence of a dump. The shower facilities were satisfactory and well-maintained. I presume some people prefer staying at those high-end, costly RV Resorts as they tend to rate some locations lower than I would. There was a man fixing a section of the paved entrance with his truck. The gravel interior roads were in good condition, and my spot was situated on the grass close to the playground. My cats seemed to enjoy watching children pass by on their way to play. There are large trees that provide ample shade, although in early May the leaves are just beginning to sprout. My spot was fairly level, but since I was departing the next morning, I didn't bother to unhitch. Also, there was a friendly camp cat that bore a striking resemblance to my own, so much so that I had to check if mine was still secure in his crate in the car!

The personnel at this location are extremely amicable. We got there in April without a booking and they had numerous spaces for our large vehicle. This spot is conveniently located near the city center, Bear World, the waterfalls, a short 20-minute drive from Costco, and is easily accessible, just off Highway 20 and Interstate 15. It's a two-hour drive from Grand Teton and a little less than two hours from West Yellowstone. The main appeal of staying here is its strategic location rather than the park's ambiance. As others have pointed out, the outskirts are populated by many regulars. A prior review recommended being near the pool and office, but I beg to differ. We were assigned a spot next to the pool, which was unclean. There was no picnic table or fire pit, just a pile of dirty leaves and an unclean green pool. It's advisable to choose a spot in the central area. Spaces B5-13 are the best options. In the C section, every other vehicle enters from the opposite direction, making you close (refer to the photo for clarification). Spaces E6-9, A32, and C12-15 are also good choices.

Basic campgrounds. Aged KOA featuring numerous potholes. Grounds and location are covered in gravel. Our spot was quite damaged due to rainy conditions. Restrooms are worn out. It's acceptable for an overnight visit.

We stopped here for the weekend on our way to Glacier. Our spot was right beside an entire area of fulltime folks. Felt like a junk yard as they had some much stuff around their trailers. The first night we were there a guys car had broken down 5 feet from the hitch of our trailer so he was working on it until his buddy helped push his car over to his mobile home. We had no issues but we were not expecting that at all as it used to be a KOA at some point. If you need to stay there get a spot near the store and pool area. That will keep you far away from the junkyard. This place is really close to the river trail area and falls so be sure to check this out.

Staff was friendly. Good for overnight stop. City and Freeway noise. Tight spots for variety of lengths. Pads are dirt and gravel with a little grass under the picnic tables. Shower house was tired but clean.

Friendly staff, easy check in, easy access to site. Water, electric, sewer hook up site. Gravel parking pad, good sized patch of green grass. Laundry room, pool, propane, and gift shop. Some sites are full timers. Very friendly staff, clean park, and quiet. Leashed dogs welcome. We would definitely stay here again. Stayed there in a 40' Class A.

Needed a place at last minute and they got me in. Long pull through with no needed to disconnect toad. Was quiet. Large grassy area between my site and next. Would stay here again if needed. Not that difficult to find and could make way through park with 36' motorhome and toad, no problem. Had wi-fi service although didn't use much. Sites are level.

Check-in was easy, nice folks at the desk. Site C-14 – FHU, water, electric (50A), sewer. Pull through. Buddy site, gravel pad, a little grass between sites, a little close but not bad. OTA TV okay, wi-fi okay for email, not much else. Gravel driveway causes a lot of dust, even with vehicles driving slow. Power was good, all connections were adequate. A little long for power but didn’t need and extension cord.

We stayed at Snake River RV Resort in Idaho Falls, Idaho in September 2021. This park is a FHU pull-thru site and also has back-in sites. Our site was flat and level and a snap to set up our fifth wheel. The staff here was very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The only negative for us was that we had to take our pets to the pet area, which was at the far corner of the park, and pets are not allowed to potty on any trees or shrubs. Signs were everywhere stating this. It was difficult to get our dogs quickly to the dog area, which is very small and swampy, when they really had to pee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Great location to explore Idaho Falls. Sites are relatively close but being on grass was nice. Bathrooms were fine but not great. Strong cell signal and friendly staff. Near the highway but noise was not an issue for me.

We stayed over one night. I didn't test Verizon because the wifi was ok for work (no video calls in this time).

Fine spots as far as RV parks go. B17 looked like the widest spot on an RV’s stairs’ side (where picnic table is) as I’ve seen in any RV park due to the existence of trees and some rocky outgrowths. That would be my choice next time. Any of the B-teen # spots look great though. Town is beautiful and walkable and that’s why we spent an extra night. Pool is closed in the Fall, as expected. B-19 was fairly level and needed barely any adjustments. Friendly crew. Clean common areas, but sites could use some fine tuning and raking of grassy patches. Cell tower very close. No cable.

Tiny site and we only have a tiny van. Very noisy to main road. Shower facilities exceptionally clean. However, very disappointed to see NONE of the staff we came into contact with wearing face masks. Do they realize that if ONE person has stayed here that has COVID that they will be shut down.
