This is a commercial campground on the banks of Lake Navarino with a range of accommodation options. I don't normally include commercial campgrounds, but this one has bush camping away from the main area. The pricing is reasonable and it is a beautiful area.

Free camping in the remains of an old mill town, suitable for caravans. Grimwade was a mill town, but all that is left of the old town site is some footings and scattered remnants. You can easily see where the houses once stood, with remnant gardens and fruit trees.

Basic camping on the Torbay Inlet, a short walk / boat trip to the ocean. If you have a 4wd (or don't mind a short walk), you can follow the track alongside the inlet through to the beach, which offers pretty good fishing. Some nice sized bream can be had in the estuary too.
