An excellent camping location with wonderful personnel, this site is one of the limited options available close to Boulder and Denver. The region could certainly use more camping facilities. We were situated towards the rear, which tends to be a bit congested. During our previous visit, we occupied site 114 which offered more room. It's worth noting that the majority of their sites are buddy sites, meaning you and your neighbouring camper's living spaces face each other. It's not a negative aspect, just something to be aware of. There's a lovely swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a mini golf area that's perfect for children. The campsite is located off a bustling thoroughfare, Eisenhower Boulevard, which is undergoing construction, so keep an eye out when searching for it. They're situated right behind the Mattress Firm outlet, so look out for that. It's ideally located near shops that are within walking distance and a fantastic trail network that links to a bicycle path leading to downtown Loveland.

Our 38-foot RV, complete with towing vehicle, found ample space at this location. Conveniently close to a supermarket and an ideal starting point for a day excursion to Rocky Mountain National Park. The area provided for us was flat and covered in gravel!

Stayed One Night; Was What We Were Looking For a place to dump flush all out fill back up and get laundry done! Was all really nice and friendly and the place was clean and showers also ONLY complaint as the rest on here is the fact it’s extremely extremely tight parking. Just a bit overboard on trying to make profits by fit as many as you possible could… I won’t stay any longer probably than one day to get things done and go because of the overcrowding.

We used this for a stop to visit Estes park. The site is gravel and very small. People at the front desk are really nice. Its very clean and well organized.

This park is exceptionally clean and shows pride of ownership. Nice bath houses, laundry, and even a clubhouse for relaxing. It’s a good spot for children, with a large playground and a sparkling clean swimming pool. The location is an easy access off the highway, but far enough that road noise wasn’t a factor. The one negative, as other reviewers have noted, is that most of the sites are very tight. I was camping in a minivan, so I was fine, but it might not be the best park for large rigs. The Loveland/Fort Collins area has plenty to see and do and serves as a gateway to Rocky Mountains National Park.

This is our 2nd time to stay here, friendly helpful staff and nice dog area + lots of places to walk in the area. Close to stores, in walking distance and a few blocks off the interstate. The WiFi is excellent, well maintained area, garbage pick up at your site and we were at the back of the park there was not any road noise. We were also on an end spot with lots of room outside our RV. We would stay here a 3rd time, nice overnight stop once again.

Just a one night stop. It was a pull through, but by far the tightest side-by-side spot we've ever been in. Got good TV reception and the wifi worked. We were able take a short walk to the shopping area adjacent to park for dinner, so we didn't have to unhook. Spot was gravel and level. There is some road noise but it wasn't terrible. Staff was friendly. We didn't use any facilities. Be ready to make the right turn into the park immediately after the Mattress Firm. We missed it on our first pass.

Nice green space, dog park, friendly staff. Lots of long term people but nicely kept. On a 6 lane road but the noise wasn't bad. Lots of shopping and food nearby. The pull through full up sites are pea gravel and a bit cramped. WiFi was weak because sooo many people on it. Cel reception not bad.

Check in was easy and we were escorted to our site. Sites are gravel and ours was pretty level overall. The pool was open and very well maintained. The laundry facilities were super clean: 6 washers $2.50 per load/6 dryers $1.50 per load. Dryers didn't work great but while we were there they were changing out half of the machines. As we were fairly close to US 34 there was road noise but it wasn't terrible. We didn't have any issues getting into or leaving our site, we felt there was ample space to move around. Overall, we thought this was a very nice place and would definitely stay here again. AND the campground had a cookout (free of charge) for everybody as we were here over Labor Day weekend, which was very nice.

If we come back, we would stay in a different space. The pull thrus had much more space than the back ins so if we come back, that is what we would request. Lots of trees so very shaded everywhere. Pool is open and very refreshing! No picnic table and very close to neighbors - our awning wasn't all the way out and almost touching our neighbor's slide. Wifi worked good. Had to use hotspot for video calls to come in clear. AT&T service was unreliable in the park and around the area. It must be a pocket with bad service. There is a lovely 5 mi+ walking trail / bike path that is walkable and sidewalks everywhere. Not a place to walk and talk if you have AT&T, but a great place to get a run, bike or walk in. Accessible to Fort Collins and downtown Loveland. It was filled with pollen from the trees while we were there. It must be a seasonal thing. Our RV definitely needed a good wash when we left! Very friendly and accommodating staff and the grounds are clean.

Came to stay 4 nights for wedding. Had to stay for additional week due to storm and didn’t want to chance it where we were headed next which was higher and more remote in location. First 4 days was great do to location and convenience. Very tall and large trees for shade. Next 5 days got relocated next to a dump station hence 4 star when there appears to be other empty spots they could have moved us to. So say no to space 123! That was our view for 5 days watching peeps clean out. Our original space only had person stay for two days and rest of the time was empty. As well as other spaces. For the word resort, I guess that could be subjective. They do have a pool, mini golf, volleyball ct, horse shoes, dog area, I am probably missing something else. We did not use any of it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean. Spaces are a little tight but what do we expect for convenient location. Pay up and you can have bigger slots with much more elbow room. We would stay here again but just not in space 123. And pay up next time! Lol.

This is an in-town park - it's not what I would classify as a true resort, but doesn’t seem too much like an in-town park either since it has lots of trees for shade and the spaces are not all on top of each other. There are quite a few spots open for transient RVers, even though there are quite a few seasonal and long term RVs here. The park is well kept up as are the long term sites. The park has about 100 sites and a mixture of site types: back ins, premium back ins, standard pull throughs, oversized pull throughs, buddy pull throughs, and deluxe pull throughs. The premium and deluxe back in and pull through sites are wider than the regular sites. We are in a standard pull through that is a buddy type site but we are not on top of our neighbor and it is long enough for our 37 foot 5th wheel and truck. There is grass between the gravel sites. The roads are blacktop. The grass isn’t particularly lush, but the trees make the sites quite nice and many sites have shade. The park has very good safety and health plans in place, but we are staying out of common areas due to Covid, so we didn’t use the general store, swimming pool, clubhouse, restrooms, showers, laundry, mini-golf, playground, or horseshoe pits. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Trash is picked up daily from the front of the sites. Each site has a picnic table. Both ATT and Verizon work very well here. Although the park does not offer cable, we get enough OTA stations on the TV that we didn’t bother to set up our portable Dish. Most sites look pretty level, but we needed boards under our wheels on one side to level it well. The WiFi is very strong. They charge extra for any people above two at a site, and since we have our son staying with us for the weekend, we did have to pay for him. I am not sure how much families with young children have to pay, but we’ve seen a lot of families come in for the weekend. I would return here since it is convenient and one of the closest parks to the town where our son lives.
