Grootgeluk Bush Camp is a bushveld break-away for city dwellers and is an ideal destination for groups. Grootgeluk Bush Camp is located in the Waterberg, Limpopo, 8 km from Naboomspruit. It forms part of the Nylsvlei Ramsar site, a wetland of international importance for the protection of waterfowl.
Wildlife includes zebra, giraffe, impala, waterbuck, nyala and wild ostriches. Bird hides at two dams provide for hours of delightful birding. There are are a number of onsite activities and two popular golf courses are in close proximity.
Grootgeluk Bush Camp offers self-catering accommodation in log cabins, chalets, huts and a small campsite set amongst beautiful thornybush and acacia trees. Each unit is equipped with a private boma and braai facilities.
Guests can experience the magic of a bushveld fire in their own private boma.

Bewertung schreibenThe 8 sleeper chalet that we were, then gratefully offered, is in need of some serious maintenance. The cold tap of the shower cannot be adjusted. It needs to be replaced. The aircon hardly works. The novilon flooring needs to be replaced. The general upkeep of the camp is very well maintained although it would be nice if there was more game.

While I appreciate the need to save gas and water in these challenging times, it is not really acceptable to expect guests to have a cold shower. Overall while adequate, the accommodation is Spartan.

Distance and gravel road to farm was only given one day after full amount was paid! On web it is advertised as 10km from Naboomspruit,actual fact it is 33.5km of witch 4km bad gravel and 11.8km gravel before turnoff to farm!This took mutch longer to Naboom which had a big influence on us staying only one day and not two.The beds in Kudu was great but the wifi and signal for MTN AND VODACOM was ZERO,there was no TV we could not whatch our Rugby which we love.The aircon and Fans was Great but cuboards where Dirty.The Welcome party was great and we did not see any Game

Specially Theo and Brandon.... for their warm welcome at arrival.. friendly service and always had time for a chat and advice..... chalets are clean....Allso a big thumbs up to Theo with a mistake I made with double booking.... that's called service.... Thank you Guys.

Hi; our stay at Grootgeluk Bush Camp was very relaxing and nice walking trails seeing animals. The place is very clean and the personel is very friendly. Thanks to Theo and his sister for the warm welcome and showing us around. Looking forward to go back soon.

We had a well-deserved, peaceful stay and will surely visit again. Theo went out of his way to assist when our vehicle broke down, and we're forever grateful for that. We can definitely recommend Grootgeluk Bushcamp.

Excellent office staff. Clean bedding and chalet was just what we wanted. Bush experience was great. To see the animals coming to the dam to drink water was the reason I booked this venue
