D & W Lake Camping & RV Park in die Vereinigten Staaten

Made it there on a late week day, and promptly guided to our spot. We verified our plans of a single night stay en route to Michigan UP. Once we had a grasp of our surroundings, we embarked on a leisurely stroll around the scenic lake, and after a few rounds, we were set to unwind! If ever in the vicinity, a revisit is certainly on the cards!

What a stunning location! The lake is so refreshing, the restrooms and showers are spotless, and there are pleasant spots to the east. It also offers full hookups and water/electricity only spots. We are absolutely returning!

We paused for a night during our journey westward and it was a fantastic experience. The location was expansive with a generous amount of greenery, peaceful, and the proprietor was present, extremely amiable and supportive. The bathing facilities were immaculate. There were zero issues with this location.

The property was in great shape and is quite nice. The only downside is they didn’t have a gift shop 🤪

Very level and spacious sites. Extremely clean bathrooms/shower house. Nice, quiet, relaxing campground. There is a lake to fish in, walk around, or just sit and look at. I’m not sure, but I think there is a picnic table and fire ring at each site. There is a basketball court, kids playground, and a fenced dog park. The owner/staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the campground makes you feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, you are a quick six minute drive to pretty much any store or restaurant you might want/need.
