All to ourselves. Electric and water. Lovely rural setting with cows who visited across the fence. No less than 4 city folks showed up at various times in the evening to pick up the trash, clean the restroom, pick up the cash envelopes. No one bothered us. A lot of locals and road crews stop to use the restroom was the only drawback. You are just parking on the grass, but we had good weather and no rain. We loved it here. Decent TV reception. And a chorus of church bells, twice!
